Wrapping up the IT-law project: a compliance check built for FormuLearn

On 18 June, we wrapped up our IT-law student project. The students presented their work to the team: a compliance check made specifically for FormuLearn. It was a proud moment, and a fitting close to a project that has real, lasting value for us.

Building an ed-tech product means working with data, users and educational institutions, which brings a whole set of legal and compliance questions with it. Getting those things right is essential, but it is also complex terrain for a young company. This project gave us exactly the kind of structured support we needed.

The result is a practical tool we can use to answer our IT-law related questions going forward. Rather than a one-off report, it is something we can keep coming back to as we grow, which makes it genuinely handy for the future.

We are very proud of these students and the work they put in. Their dedication and professionalism shine through in the result. A big thank you to everyone involved for helping us build a stronger, more compliant FormuLearn.
