On 28 August, the FormuLearn team headed to Enschede for Slush'd, the Dutch edition of the international startup festival Slush, where founders, investors and innovators come together for inspiring talks, sharp pitches and plenty of networking.

That is exactly why we went. As part of our feasibility study, market validation is one of the most important things we can do right now. It is one thing to believe in your own idea; it is another to put it in front of experienced founders and investors and hear what they really think.

Throughout the day we shared our vision for making STEM education more accessible and listened carefully to the questions and reactions that came back. Which parts of the problem resonated? Where did people get curious? What did they push back on? Every conversation sharpened our thinking.

We left Enschede with a notebook full of insights, a few promising new connections, and even more conviction that we are working on something worthwhile.
